Gateway are originators of class and collective actions and group litigation, supporting and delivering access to justice. In addition Gateway act as project managers supervising the execution and strategy of litigation initiated by ourselves and others, providing oversight, assisting in the selection of counsel, and facilitating progression and deliverables. Gateway remain the link between the funder and the operation of the project, and ensure the passage of regular communication between all parties.

Andrew Goodman
Andrew Goodman has over 40 years’ experience as an independent commercial barrister and international consulting mediator. He is a thought leader in the field of mediation advocacy, and practices in up to 20 jurisdictions. Andrew holds a number of visiting academic posts and advises governments, Bars, corporations and institutions on conflict avoidance and dispute management systems.
Martin Selman
Martin Selman
Martin Selman is a non-practising solicitor who worked for a number of years at Dechert LLP (then Titmuss Sainer & Webb) before joining a small City firm as a partner. Martin stopped practising law in the 1980s to work in the financial markets for his own account and he has extensive theoretical and practical experience of UK and international capital markets and financial products.
Peter Gatenby
Peter Gatenby
Peter Gatenby has almost forty years’ experience working as an actuary and senior executive predominantly in the UK, South Africa, Spain and Gibraltar, mainly in the life and health insurance sectors with some general insurance and pensions. Peter has held Appointed Actuary and Chief Actuary roles during his career and is currently a Director of two Gibraltar based life insurance companies. He has served as expert witness in a number of life insurance industry cases.
Tim Slotover
Tim Slotover
Tim Slotover, a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, serves as an in-house advisor to Gateway. Tim specialises in advising hedge fund managers and other financial services providers on the legal and regulatory aspects of their businesses. Having started his legal career at Clifford Chance, Tim has previously acted as in-house counsel for the alternative investments business of Citigroup as well as for other independent asset managers.
